Payments

Eclipse offers a number of convenient ways to pay association assessments, sometime referred to as “dues” or “fees”.   Below is a breakdown of payment options, so that you may choose the most convenient option.
 
To pay your assessment by personal check: 
 
  • Ensure your check is made out to “Oakwood Lakes CUOA”.
  • Reference “Account SQPM” in the memo section of your check.
  • Mail your check to Eclipse Community Management, PO Box 98083, Phoenix, AZ 85038
 
 To pay your assessment through a bill payment service provided by your bank or credit union: 
 
  • Set up a new payee using the payee name of “Oakwood Lakes CUOA”.
  • Set the address to c/o Eclipse Community Management, PO Box 98083, Phoenix, AZ 85038.
  • Reference “Account SQPM” in the memo or account number section of your payment.
 
To enroll in the FREE automatic payment program via mail:  
 
  • Complete the “Owner Authorization for Direct Debit (ACH) Program.  Form available HERE.
  • Attach a voided check.
  • Return the form to Eclipse Community Management, PO Box 75310, Dayton, OH 45475
 
To pay your assessment online using your checking account, debit or credit card (convenience fees apply):  
 
  • Visit https://owner.eclipsecommunities.com/
  • Choose “Need to set up an account” to request access to the online owner portal if you have not already enabled your account.
  • Once logged in, you will land on the Home tab where you can view your current balance owed and details of current payment.
  • Click “Pay Now” to make a one-time payment or “Set Up Autopay” to create an automatically recurring payment.
  • Select your preferred payment method: eCheck or use a Credit or Debit Card.
  • Pay Now - Continue through the steps to submit a payment.  You will receive a confirmation eMail once the payment is successfully submitted.
